Snacks & Water Bottles

I encourage students to bring a HEALTHY (yet simple/portable) snack daily. This is to keep their minds fueled and bellies satisfied until lunch. Snack ideas might include: fruits, vegetables, string cheese, granola bars, popcorn, etc. Candy and/or other sweet treats will not be allowed during snack time. Please avoid food that contains nuts.
To prevent snack time from becoming a nuisance, students will not be allowed to call home if they forget their snack.
I also allow students to bring water bottles to keep in their lockers. Water bottles must have a lid, must be labeled, and must be filled at home.
